Who we are

Trudy is a service of Blindspot Marketing LLC (“we,” “us”). We run client-winback SMS campaigns for appointment-based practices. Questions about this policy: info@blindspotmarketing.com.

The free audit

The audit tool analyzes your client list entirely in your browser. The file you select is parsed on your device and is never uploaded to us. What we receive is what the page discloses: the summary totals printed on your report (counts, percentages, and dollar estimates) and the details you enter or pick yourself, such as your practice name, average ticket, your Google Business listing, or an email address if you ask for the report. We use that information to prepare your report and follow up about our service. We never receive names, phone numbers, or emails from your client list through the audit.

If you become a client

To run a campaign, your practice provides a contact list (typically names, mobile numbers, and last-visit dates) and a service menu. We process that data solely to run your campaign, under your brand, on your behalf. Your list remains yours. We do not sell it, share it with other businesses, or use it to market anything other than your practice to your clients. Conversation records are kept so your front desk can see what was said and so billing can be verified.

Text messaging

Campaign messages are sent over carrier-registered A2P routes under the practice’s brand. A recipient who replies STOP is opted out instantly and permanently; we keep opt-out records so that suppression holds across campaigns. Sending respects quiet hours based on the recipient’s local time. Message and data rates may apply to recipients per their carrier plans.

Service providers

We use a small set of vendors to operate the service: Twilio (text messaging), Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI conversation processing), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Google (the business-listing search on the audit page). Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.

Retention and deletion

We keep campaign and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. A practice that ends service can request deletion of its list and campaign data by emailing us; opt-out records are retained because honoring them is a legal requirement.

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
