Terms of Service
Effective July 12, 2026
The service
Trudy is a service of Blindspot Marketing LLC. We run SMS winback campaigns for your practice: we text lapsed clients from a number registered to your brand, hold conversations within guardrails you approve, and hand ready-to-book appointment requests to your front desk. Your team books every appointment in your own system. By purchasing the service you agree to these terms.
The Reactivation Sprint
The sprint is a fixed-scope campaign of 21 send-days for $2,500 total, covering up to 2,000 lapsed clients with a mobile number, measured by the audit. Larger lists add $500 per additional 1,000 contacts, capped at $5,000 total. Every sprint begins with the audit; we do not run sprints for lists that do not pass it. A one-page Sprint Charter, accepted at purchase, states your numbers and these terms; it takes effect when the start fee is paid.
The sprint fee is staged. $500 is due at purchase and starts the engagement. The remainder ($2,000, plus any list-size addition) is due at the day-7 evidence checkpoint: after the seventh send-day you receive an evidence email with a live snapshot of results to date, and you pay the remainder by an affirmative payment you choose to make. Nothing is auto-charged and no card is kept on file. While you decide, new outreach pauses and your remaining send-days are preserved; conversations already in motion are still handled. The decision window runs seven days from the evidence email, with a reminder along the way. If you do not continue within the window, the engagement ends and you owe nothing more; bookings already confirmed remain yours, and open conversations are closed out cleanly. If you abort before the first send, the $500 start fee is refunded.
Ongoing service and billing
After the sprint, ongoing service is $597 per month, billed only for months in which at least one confirmed booking occurred. A booking is confirmed when your front desk taps the confirmation link on a handoff text after booking the appointment in your system. That tap is the sole billing event: a month with zero confirmed bookings costs $0 automatically, with no claims process. Billing counts bookings, not arrivals; a confirmed booking that later no-shows still counts for the month it was confirmed. You can cancel the ongoing service at any time, and there is no minimum term. The monthly phase begins the first calendar month after your sprint’s send-days complete; bookings the sprint produced never count toward a monthly bill.
Your responsibilities
You confirm that the contact list you provide is yours, that the people on it gave your practice their numbers through a genuine business relationship, and that you are authorized to contact them. You provide an accurate service menu and prices, cooperate with carrier (A2P) registration for your brand, and have your front desk respond to handoffs and confirm bookings promptly and truthfully. Confirmation of bookings is the basis of billing, and we rely on it being used honestly.
How messages are controlled
Every outbound message is checked by software before sending: prices and offers can come only from your approved service menu, medical questions are never answered by the AI and always route to your team, STOP requests are honored instantly and permanently, and sending respects quiet hours in the recipient’s local time.
Data
Your client list remains yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. If you end service, you can request your campaign data, and deletion of it, by email.
Disclaimers and liability
The billing structure above is the guarantee: months without a confirmed booking are free. Beyond that, we do not promise any particular number of bookings or amount of revenue, and estimates produced by the audit are estimates. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. We may update these terms; the version posted here with its effective date is the one in force. Questions: info@blindspotmarketing.com.
